Our teas originate from Sakhejung, situated approximately 1,900–2,400 meters above sea level. Here, cool temperatures, mountain mist, clean natural surroundings, and slow-growing tea plants create a unique environment for aromatic and expressive teas.

The elevation is more than a number. It influences how the tea plant grows, how quickly the leaf develops, and ultimately the character of the finished tea. This is the terroir we bring to every cup.

Dahal Bandhu Tea began with a farmer's desire to create greater value from the tea grown in his own land. The early days were modest, with small, locally developed equipment and hands-on techniques. As other farmers joined us, the small operation gradually evolved into a dedicated tea-processing business — yet our connection to the garden remains unchanged.
